Whether you want to improve your fitness or just have a gentle swim, this session is for you! With a maximum of 6 people in the pool at a time, this is a nice quiet session to get some exercise in whilst keeping it at your own pace!
Aqua aerobics is a fantastic way to get moving, build strength and get your heart pumping without putting pressure on your joints. Our brilliant instructors set their routines to music and allow everyone to work at their own pace. Not only is aqua aerobics a great way to exercise but is also a way to socialise and have lots of fun. Come and make some new friends, have a laugh and improve your health!

Swimming Tales is a privately family run swimming centre.
All pool users have to be a member to use our centre.
You can sign up for 6 months membership, £12 for children and concessions, (over 65’s), or £17 for 6 months for adults.
If you don’t wish to become a member you can still use our pool but will have to pay a day rate for membership which is £1 per swimmer.
All swimmers on weekly lessons or regular private swimming lessons must become members.
Once you have signed up for your first membership it will be renewed automatically in 6 months time unless you inform us otherwise.
